Early morning departure from Lima to Paracas for a boat tour to the Ballestas Islands to observe marine wildlife and the mysterious Candelabra Geoglyph. Later, continue to Huacachina to explore the desert oasis and enjoy dune buggy rides and sandboarding before returning to Lima in the evening.

- Your adventure begins before sunrise with pick-up from your hotel in Miraflores, San Isidro, or a designated meeting point in Lima. Traveling south along the Pan-American Highway in comfortable tourist transportation, you’ll watch the city gradually give way to vast coastal landscapes. Along the way, your guide will share fascinating insights into the geography, history, and cultural significance of Peru’s desert coastline.
- Upon arrival in Paracas, you’ll head to the dock to board a speedboat bound for the remarkable Ballestas Islands. During this two-hour marine excursion, you’ll witness the enigmatic Candelabra geoglyph etched into a sandy hillside before continuing toward the islands, home to vibrant colonies of sea lions, Humboldt penguins, pelicans, boobies, cormorants, and countless other seabirds.
