These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings, services, and travel arrangements made with Cams Travel Peru. By booking any tour, service, or travel package with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
1. Booking and Payment
All reservations must be confirmed with a deposit or full payment, depending on the service booked.
The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the tour or travel service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be requested in writing via email or official communication channels.
Refunds depend on the policies of hotels, airlines, and service providers involved in the itinerary.
In case of cancellation by the client, administrative and service fees may apply.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, or unused services.
3. Changes and Modifications
Any changes requested by the client are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Cams Travel Peru reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, operational reasons, or safety concerns.
4. Travel Documents and Requirements
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and any required documentation.
Cams Travel Peru is not responsible for denied entry, deportation, or delays caused by missing or incorrect documents.
5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal belongings.
Cams Travel Peru is not liable for medical expenses, accidents, or losses incurred during the trip.
6. Liability and Responsibility
Cams Travel Peru acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (transportation companies, hotels, guides, and other suppliers).
We are not responsible for injuries, losses, damages, delays, or inconveniences caused by third parties, natural disasters, strikes, or force majeure events.
Clients participate in tours and activities at their own risk.
7. Health and Safety
Clients must inform Cams Travel Peru of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements prior to the tour.
Clients must follow the instructions of guides and staff at all times for their safety.
8. Minors
Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, or provide written authorization.
Special rates may apply for children, subject to age and service provider policies.
9. Force Majeure
Cams Travel Peru is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or transportation strikes.
10. Use of Images and Testimonials
By participating in our tours, clients agree that photos and videos taken during the trip may be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
11. Privacy Policy
Personal information provided by clients will be used solely for booking and operational purposes and will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
12. Complaints and Claims
Any complaints must be reported during the tour or within 7 days after the service ends.
Claims submitted after this period may not be considered.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Peru.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Peru.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By booking with Cams Travel Peru, clients confirm their acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
