  • The tour continues with a panoramic exploration of Lima’s most representative modern districts. You will visit Love Park (Parque del Amor), where sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean provide the perfect introduction to the city’s coastal setting. From there, you’ll enjoy a panoramic view of Huaca Pucllana, an impressive pre-Inca ceremonial temple that stands in striking contrast to the surrounding urban landscape, before passing through the financial district of San Isidro, a symbol of Lima’s contemporary growth and development. Along the way, your guide will share insights into Lima’s pre-Columbian roots and its transformation into a vibrant modern metropolis.
  • Next, you’ll head to Lima’s Historic Center, recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. Strolling through its atmospheric streets, you will explore the Main Square (Plaza Mayor) and admire emblematic landmarks such as the Government Palace, the Cathedral of Lima, the Archbishop’s Palace, and the Municipal Palace. As you walk among colonial façades and beautifully carved wooden balconies dating back to the 17th century, you’ll learn about the Spanish conquest and the importance of the Viceroyalty of Peru in shaping the city’s architectural and cultural identity. Depending on schedule and availability, there may also be an optional visit to a convent or museum to further enrich the experience.
  • As evening approaches, the tour concludes at the spectacular Magic Water Circuit, one of the largest fountain complexes in the world. Here, you will witness 13 illuminated fountains, interactive water tunnels, and a captivating multimedia laser show projected onto water screens.
